Toys on Feet

For this project I was commissioned by SLEM to demonstrate the possibilities of 3D printing with flexible filament. SLEM was the first to work with a flexible filament called Filaflex. Due to the 3D printer’s size we decided to make children’s shoes.

The concept was “Toys on Feet” allowing us to create everything from cars to animals. Together with SLEM’s creative director Nicoline van Enter and shoe designer Eva Klabalova we presented the first wearable 3D printed kids shoes at the 2015 GDS in Düsseldorf.
